Read Between the Lines

Ahhh back to school season. Kinda makes me think of the munchies and spending all nighters with a computer and much caffeine (wait, I do that now). The one thing that’s changed in my life though, is I spend the little extra on GOOD coffee and natural snacks these days, which makes me think hey, I don’t eat junk food at all, I eat only organic! Seriously? You’re kidding! Say it isn’t so!  I know personally from my years of bartending that the sweet and sour flavor in a drink is made mostly from a powder or gel concoction, which is why margaritas can sometimes be so high in calories.

OK that said, my favorite drink lately is a citrus margarita. Again, what to do? Well, like my skincare products, create my own! Here’s a great one you can feel good about indulging in. It’s light – at about 130 calories – Read More »
